Colourful stories from Cinque Terre

I have always thought what it means to travel in many countries with a minimal effort and to live on a floating city.

The first experience of this kind with my friends from Croaziere.net gave me the long-waited answer, because the autumn 2015 brought me a cruise ship with MSC Cruises for the first time.

And yes … the Divine MSC experience was the ideal choice to unpack my luggage just once.

I had the opportunity, once with the 5 days spent on MSC Divina, to visit fairytale destinations, one of them being  Cinque Terre.

What memories are there left from Cinque Terre? Fairytale landscapes and photographies … where the sweet gingerbread houses on the Ligurian Sea coast are there, waiting for their miniature characters to reveal their secrets.

Cinque Terre or the Five Lands is just a small portion on the rocky coast of the Italian Riviera.

The five settlements are located far from the crowded city. Both the coastal area, villages and hills are part of UNESCO World Heritage, being included in the Cinque Terre National Park. The region is known for its beauty, which is stubborn to preserve its architecture in the struggle with “modern times”.

I invite you on this journey too! For a quiet holiday away from the crowded tourist areas, Cinque Terre is the ideal choice. Whether you choose the car or the plane for travelling, you will not forget these fairy tale lands…

Cinque Terre has fascinated me, and the rocky landscapes that tells stories without asking, keeps the authenticity of old times.
